Together we will play, feel and experiment with the embodied technologies of several different artists and practitioners who blur the lines between somatics, art and healing.

This course is open to all regardless of previous experience with somatics, bodywork, or art. It’s also a great opportunity for seasoned bodyworkers to deepen and enliven your practice.
We will cultivate skills of sensing, listening, and presence through self-touch, movement, and play.
Facilitated by Zoë April (she/her), a southern queer living in the swamps of Gainesville, FL on occupied Timucua land.
